Living in Poway
Poway calls itself the City in the Country. It sits in a valley east of Interstate 15, with open space and hills on most sides.
Lake Poway has fishing, boat rentals and the trail toward Mount Woodson. Old Poway Park holds a weekly farmers market and runs a historic train on weekends, and Blue Sky Ecological Reserve is at the north end of town.
